Minutes of the Meeting of Magic Valley Amateur Radio Club     12/8/07,   10:18 a.m.

The meeting was called to order by President Jay Smith, W7BMS.

Those in attendance included:  W7AAZ, W6OUU, KH6SS, KE7IAC, KI7CC, WB7NKP, KC7QR, K7SU, KD7JKB, N7JHS, W7BMS, W5USN

Jay Smith presented a class on radio-gram and message handling.  Dean Etherington, KI7CC, commented on the necessary requirement to use the radio-gram or standard message form during an actual emergency incident.

Kelly Klaas, K7SU, discussed what to dod with donated equipoment.  Kelly will try to find out selling price of the equipment and club will decide what to do with it at a later date.  May consider a local auction on our web site.

Discussed members purchasing club jackets.  Idea presented by Dunk, KD7JKB.  Kelly Klaas, Jim Kennedy W6OUU, and Doug McFall, N7JHS, will check at places around town to see what our options are.

John Cline, W5USN, donated a Rigblaster Pro to the club to be used however the club sees fit. 

Club members indicated their willingness to sell to Mike Strolberg, WB7NNQ, the donated sine/square wave generator for $20.
